I purchased Access Systems on April 6th 2005. Today represents my 13th year that I have been the President and Owner of our great company and family. I know some of you have heard the story many times, but there were only 5 employees in the beginning including myself. I was so nervous, scared and excited at the time. They were amazing through all our early adversity and are still with me today. Without them and many others, our future would not be as bright as it is today.

Without a doubt I am the most proud of the type of people that work at our company and the amazing caring culture we have. We have a lot of love, loyalty and dedication that is rarely seen in a business environment and I am so fortunate to be able to spend my work days with the great people I do. Additionally, I could have never taken the leap of faith in 2005 without my amazing wife and soul mate, and a supportive family.
